The Public Servant Questionnaire is one of the most important documents that you will ever use in your interactions with public servants acting under color of law. If it were me in a situation, I would use the “I’m not talking” sticker and point to that first, then if the officer persists and demands a response I would ask him to please fill out the PSQ before any further interaction.
You can always say that your “legal counsel” has told you specifically NOT to answer any questions as well, ESPECIALLY incriminating yourself by offering documents or information that can be used against yourself. You can also bring into question if the guy who pulled you over is even acting in an official capacity or just an impersonator. Tell them that they can prove that they are “legit” by please filling out this short form before any interaction. (Note: if you have damaged property or have a victim don’t count on this strategy working. This is only for victim-less violations of “state statute” that is not applicable to you unless you consent to be a member of that “society” by claiming to be a resident or US citizen. If you are not sure what I am talking about here, you should probably read one of my books before attempting to proceed any further.)
Without further ado, here is the Public Servant Questionnaire… free for everyone!
